GVA Cawley Awarded New Property Management Assignment

Also known as the Melanie Building in Addision, 16300 Addison Rd. is a 23,696 SF, 3 story, Class B office building. This marks the third assignment with Capmark Finance, Inc. and is a reflection of Capmark's confidence in the personnel who are directly involved with these assets and their ability to meet and exceed the client's expectations.

Mitzi Stacha, Property Manager and Scott Engel, Lead Engineer will handle the day to day management responsibilities.  Other Capmark assets managed by GVA Cawley are 411 Akard (Dallas CBD) and Corporate Point at Las Colinas.
