GVA Cawley to Open San Antonio Office

Dallas-based commercial real estate services firm GVA Cawley, an independently-owned member of GVA Worldwide, has announced plans to enter the San Antonio real estate market. The new San Antonio office will be led by commercial real estate veteran Stephen C. Hall, a 28-year real estate professional and Dallas transplant to San Antonio in 1992. Hall is the former president of Wender & Hall, LLC and previously served as senior vice president in the San Antonio office of the Trammell Crow Company.

"We plan to build this office on the platform of hard work and excellent service," says Hall. "We will provide our clients with the benefit of our energy, ability and market knowledge." Hall says the firm will offer corporate services including office leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, buyer and seller representation, land sales, portfolio services and specialized consulting. "We also have deep expertise in areas like healthcare real estate, data centers, capital markets and facilities management," said Hall. "We are looking forward to putting GVA Worldwide's resources to work for our San Antonio clients."
