GVA Cawley Awarded Management of The Centre

GVA Cawley is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Property Management, Construction Management, and continued leasing of The Centre, 10 office buildings located at Midway and Alpha in Dallas. Buddy Tompkins and Seth Thatcher have been successfully leasing the complex for the last 2.5 years. We are very excited about the opportunity to manage this facility, and will be adding 9 employees with this transaction, which will be effective January 1, 2009.
