GVA Cawley's Healthcare Real Estate Advisory Group has successfully negotiated a 57-bed Geriatric Psychiatric unit and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with Midland Memorial Hospital System in Midland TX. Chris Barnet, Managing Director of GVA Cawley Healthcare Advisory assembled the parties and completed the 65,000 SF lease transaction.
